Wholesome One Pot Salad


This one is surely from my MUST TRY SALAD LIST. As the name says, its wholesome, super tasty and loaded with nutrition. One bowl of this salad and hunger can wait outside your mind for a long timeπŸ˜‰
Protein load from soya chunks, almond powder and coconut. The veggies added gave it the needed crunch and texture. Eat it along with a glass of sanjeevani...ideal sadhana brunch. Surely do try this one.

RECIPE:
1. Prep the soya chunk and toss it in a high flame pan with little oil,till its lightly brown from outside. Add rock salt, pepper and freshly grated coconut. Switch off the flame and add the almond powder, it will coat the soya well. ( almond powder is not a must, if you don't have it, don't feel bad as it only adds a lil to the taste)
2. Add Thinly sliced cabbage,cucumber, chopped coriander and mint with lots of lime juice and lightly season with rock salt.
3. It was simple, easy to prepare and tasty too. 50% cooked 50% Raw.
