Had to add one more beetroot salad in this pact, it has nourished me immensly during my sadhana days and from a beetroot hater i am totally converted and in love with this wonder food 😊

• Thily slice beetroot and toss it with some roasted peanuts, lime juice,rock salt and pepper. Finish with loads of freshly grated coconut. Easy peesy😊

Cucumber Hummus Salad

So my last salad is a tribute to the very old saathi of our our sliced veggies or Green salad whom we all have toatlly accepted as the ULTIMATE TRUTH 😅😅 I will end my pact still saying 'Healthy need not be boring' . . . • Boil chickepeas and grind it along with soaked white seaseame, white pepper, salt and limejuice. Add extra virgin olive oil to it.
