 So the English calendar new year #2019 has began and I like to wish all, a great one ahead. The beauty about living in a diverse country like India is we have many new year and we don't have to wait for 365 days for all the drama to unfold😉

 A dear friend and well wisher got me all the possible dried herbs, nuts and spices from Dubai so that I can keep tossing the remaining 77 salads in 60 days😋

 Toss together lightly steamed peanuts, fresh corn kernels, chopped cucumber, chopped coriander leaves, lime juice, rock salt and pepper. Garnish with loads of fresh pomegranate seeds and pistachio. This was yummmm...perfect dinner salad😍

So my last salad is a tribute to the very old saathi of our our sliced veggies or Green salad whom we all have toatlly accepted as the ULTIMATE TRUTH 😅😅 I will end my pact still saying 'Healthy need not be boring' . . . • Boil chickepeas and grind it along with soaked white seaseame, white pepper, salt and limejuice. Add extra virgin olive oil to it.
