Sprouts Brocolli Salad

There are things that you can never bring yourself to eat. While growing up, the thought of having to eat sprouts, broccoli, whole pulses etc was enough to give me a nightmare. One of the reasons to begin the #100saladpact was to break my eating pattern


Ingredients:

Moong dal
Chana dal
Brocolli
Tomatoes
Lemon
Salt
Pepper
Mint

1. Lightly steam sprouted moong, sprouted chana and brocolli.
2. Toss with some tomatoes, lime juice, salt pepper, fresh mint and lil home made podi.
3. Enjoy the goodness while warm.😍
