This salad is so easy n simple that even kids can make it. Pun intended🙂. She has been observing me tossing up and eat all these salads everyday. Today she decided to make one for me, the only condition I put was, u gotta taste what u make😉. Thus was born this crunchy and chewy delight which was tossed and also enjoyed by my lil one 🙏

Greengram sprouts(moong) was tossed along with finely chopped red bellpepper, black currents and dried blackberries. Seasoned with chaat masala, lil black salt and pepper.

So my last salad is a tribute to the very old saathi of our our sliced veggies or Green salad whom we all have toatlly accepted as the ULTIMATE TRUTH 😅😅 I will end my pact still saying 'Healthy need not be boring' . . . • Boil chickepeas and grind it along with soaked white seaseame, white pepper, salt and limejuice. Add extra virgin olive oil to it.
