Tempered Palak Crunchy Almond Salad

Spinach and almond addition to this salad is rocking.

Ingredients:

Capsicum  
Zucchini(optional)
Cucumber 
Carrot 
Corn 
Olive oil 
Toor dal
Rai 
Jeera 
Spinach chopped
Lemon 
Rock Salt to taste.
White pepper powder to taste
Roasted Almonds 1 tbsp.

Toss capsicum, cumber carrot,zuchinni(optional) and corn along with lime juice, Salt and pepper powder in a bowl and set aside.
Temper with oil , rai, jeera & toordal.
Add chopped spinach and remove from flame.
Mix everything together and add roasted almond for the extra crunch.
