Rajma Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:
Rajma
Tomatoes
Cabbage
Coconut
Pepper
Rock Salt
Lemon
Coriander.

1. Soak rajma(kidneybeans) over night and boil with little rock salt.
2. Toss together the cooked rajma with some sliced desseded tomatoes,cabbage, lots of freshly grated coconut.
3. Add a good amount of freshly crushed pepper,rock salt and lime juice.
4. Toss and garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves .
Note: Be liberal with the amount of coconut you add and also make sure the rajma is boiled till its super soft.
