Baby potato Salad

Just when I thought, i am done with creating any new recipes and its time I dig for some inspiration, is when this salad popped out from my headspace. If you think the picture looks yummilicious, wait till you try this one. A BIGGGG MUST TRY SALAD.

All the ingredients used was picked up locally from the organic farmers market . The baby poatoes n tomatoes are not from the supermarket which is sold always at the most ridiculous price. One trip to a farmers market and we can get enough of these at less than 50/- per kg.

I wish that there is a huge demand for organic locally grown produce and our farmers feel enough inspired to grow them for us. We need to change the way we eat and try n incorporate more fruits and raw food in our diet to complete the chain.


RECIPE:
• Steam baby potatoes and saute with lil oil for a few minutes. Remove from flame and season with rock salt, cumin powder and black pepper powder.Keep aside.
• Toss these potatoes with, baby tomatoes, diced desi kakdi(cucumber), loads of fresh coriander. Garnish with roasted pumpkin seeds and roasted puffed whole wheat😊
