Moong Groundnut Salad
3rd salad using shelled groundnut. Cant get over these babies๐ I managed to make the perfect sprouts which I didnt have the heart to cook in any form. It had to be eaten as it is. So todays salad was enjoyed a glass of hot Sanjeevani (Isha meditators would know what it is, others can google it๐)by me and Yana.

RECIPE:
1. Steam and depod fresh groundnut.
2. Mix it with sprouted moong, dash of lime juice, black salt, pepper and chopped oranges.
3. Prepare a temper with lil oil, mustard seed, urad dal and fresh coconut.
4. Toss everything along with finely chopped coriander leaves.
