Peanut Carrot Salad
The shelled groundnut phase is still on and todays salad is made with this awesome nut. When fresh, peanuts tastes delightful.
I added what we should be eating now in winters, fresh Red Carrots and White Radish. Both these veggies are in its glory during this month. The tadka is to make it more nuttier, crunchier and tastier๐

RECIPE:
1. Toss together steamed depodded fresh peanuts along with some grated carrots and white radish.
2. Prepare a temper with lil oil, mustard seed, urad dal and fresh coconut.
3. Add some finely chopped curryleaves,coriander leaves,lime juice and rock salt.
4. Must try salad☺
