Lobiya n Peanut Salad-2


Lobiya/Chawli or Blackeye cow pea is high in its pranic value and super nutritious too. This is the 2nd salad using this ingredient along with soaked groundnut. Whenever we boil whole pulses, keep some aside and get into the habit of putting at least 50% raw ingredients with it. It's a great way to eat and enjoy them.

RECIPE:
1. Steam n cook the soaked lobiya Beans until soft.
2. Add some soaked peanuts( at least 6 hours), shredded carrot, cabbage, loads of coriander and dressed it with a honey, lime juice, chaat masala dressing๐Ÿ˜Ž
3. Super Simple and Super healthy.
