Lobiya n Peanut Salad-1

Chawli or Blackeye cow pea is high pranic pulse and super nutritious one too. I have combined some basic ingredients and made two salads using the similar ingredients, yet they r different. Whenever we boil whole pulses, keep some aside and get into the habit of putting at least 50% raw ingredients with it. It's a great way to eat and enjoy them.


RECIPE:
1. Steam n cook the soaked lobiya Beans until soft.
2. Add some soaked peanuts( at least 6 hours), chopped tomatoes, cucumber, loads of mint, lime juice, rock salt n pepper.
