Cabbage Carrot Salad
• Flash fry shredded cabbage in a hot pan for a few seconds, keep aside.
• Toss it along with chopped cucumber, grated carrot, chopped coriander, anardana powder, rock salt and pepper.
• Garnish with pomogrante seeds
• Temper with cold pressed peanutoil, mustard, uraddal and coconut.
