Chickpea Radish Salad with Lime coriander dressing


The 30th salad from the #100saladpact makes it grandway to my tummy. This one will be shared with a few meditators who also have took up the Samyama Sadhana. 

Boiled chickpeas like sprouts always comes as a saviour to make up a lovely salad. Its wholesome,loaded with proteins and love its creamines when its boiled right. I added loads of vegetables in this one along with a lipsmaking dressing. 
  • Soak chickpeas overnight and pressure cook along with dried pomogranate powder and salt. ( the dark colour of the chickpeas comes from it)
  • Finely chop red and green bell pepper, white radish and green cabbage.
  • Make a dressing of cold pressed groundnut oil, lime juice, finely chopped coriander, rock salt and pepper.
  • Toss everything together and garnish with fresh pomogrante seed and radish shreds😊
