Fruit salad with honey dressing

Couldnt help start my day with this super delicious fruit melange. The mulberry available for a limited time found its righetous place in this salad. I wanted to make a dressing to this salad as eating it becomes so much more fun when its dressed with more goodness. Do try this one and go crazy with the choice of fruits u wanna add to your mix🤩 #100saladpact Ingredients: Chai Seeds (Subza) Honey Elachi Fruits of choice Mint Mulberry 1. Dressing was made by honey, soaked chia seeds(subza) and elaichi powder. 2. Add cut fruits, mint and toss it with the dressing. 3. Add mulberry at the end as a garnish as its a very delicate fruit. Enjoy 😍

Winter delight salad

When our local markets are loaded with fresh produce why stick to eat cut cucumbers,carrot and radish. This salad is all goodness in one bowl. Crunch from the sprouts, tartness from the citrus, colour from pomogrante and the needed chewiness from the raisins. Love it 😊 #100saladpact Ingredients : Sprouts Orange Pomogranate Black seedless raisins Rock Salt Black Pepper Pomogranate seed powder. 1. Toss some sprouts along with orange, pomogranate and black seedless raisins. 2. Season with rock salt, black pepper and some pomogranate seed powder. 3. Toss gently and enjoy 😍

Green Gram Chutney Salad

In a day when one has back to back engagements, salads like this comes handy. Like we have salt and sugar always in our pantry, the same way i have started keeping soaked moong(greengram) in my kitchen pantry. Be it in its sprouted form or plain soaked form, this one is a saviour when it comes to filling your tummy and fulfilling your tatste buds. #100saladpact Ingredients : Mint Coriander Spinach Lemon Pepper Salt Rock Salt Sprouted Moong dal Peanuts Coconut 1.Make some green chutney using mint, coriander,spinach leaves, lime juice, pepper powder and salt. ( i didnt add green chillies as during our Sadhana days we avoid negative pranic food). 2. Toss together sprouted moong, roasted peanuts, green chutney,lime ,Rock salt and freshly grated coconut. 3. Steaming the sprouts also is an option if one doesnt want to eat it raw😍

Rajma Cabbage Salad

Ingredients: Rajma Tomatoes Cabbage Coconut Pepper Rock Salt Lemon Coriander. 1. Soak rajma(kidneybeans) over night and boil with little rock salt. 2. Toss together the cooked rajma with some sliced desseded tomatoes,cabbage, lots of freshly grated coconut. 3. Add a good amount of freshly crushed pepper,rock salt and lime juice. 4. Toss and garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves . Note: Be liberal with the amount of coconut you add and also make sure the rajma is boiled till its super soft.

Raddish Chole Salad

What do we do when kids want to have Chole Puri and you want to stick to something light after a long travel? Well, todays salad was born just from this situation. Super simple, quick and something everyone should try. #100saladpact Ingredients : Chickpeas Tomatoes Raddish Anardana powder Chole masala Olive oil Pepper Lemon Coriander 1. Soak chickpeas over night and boil with little rock salt. 2. Toss together the chickpea with some , chopped tomatoes, grated radish(mooli),anardana powder, chole masala which i heated with a tsp of olive oil, freshly crused pepper and a dash of lime juice. 3. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves . Note: The radish and lime is the key element to the dish.

Nutty Corn Salad

Ingredients : Corn Kernels Walnuts Almonds Tomatoes Virgin olive oil Pepper Coriander . Boil fresh corn kernels with little rock salt and turmeric. Toss together the corn, with some crushed walnut, roasted almond, chopped tomatoes along a dash of extra virgin olive oil and freshly crused pepper. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander.

Moon Dal & Pepper's salad

Special Salad for special occassion. Ingredients : Cucumber Red ,Yellow and Green Bell Peppers Tomatoes Peanuts Moong dal Coconut oil Mustard Urad Dal Coriander Toss together diced cucumber, yellow,green and red bell peppers along with tomatoes. Add lil soaked peanut and soaked whole sprouted moong. Temper with coconut oil, mustard and urad dal. Mix all together and garnish with grated fresh coconut and fresh coriander
