Pesto Carrot Pasta Salad

Balacony garden is full of the most awesome basil...so pesto ready karna banta hai. 😊


RECIPE:
• Boil pasta with salt, drain n keep aside.
• Prepare the pesto sauce by grinding basil, toasted pinenuts, pepper and salt.
• Toss pasta, pesto, grated carrot along with lime juice and olive oil.
• Garnish with some pinenuts.
